Dr. John Hsiang is an accomplished gastroenterologist, having practiced medicine for more than 20 years. He obtained his Fellowship of The Royal Australasian College of Physicians in Gastroenterology, in 2012, and went on to complete his doctorate (PhD) degree in Viral Hepatitis and Fatty Liver Disease research.
Dr. Hsiang previously served the gastroenterology department at Changi General Hospital and Sengkang General Hospital. He has attained numerous service awards during his time in the public healthcare sector. Dr. Hsiang is fluent in English, Mandarin and Hokkien, and known for his professional and caring demeanour.
Dr. Hsiang’s clinical expertise includes the treatment Helicobacter Pylori, Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease and the management of liver diseases. He also specialises in Endoscopy and Colonoscopy to investigate gastrointestinal symptoms and rule out cancers of the stomach and colon.
